Housing has a crucial role to play, particualarly in African countries:
- Housing can serve as an important contributor to the economic growth through its multiplier effects on the broader economy.
- Housing can support job creation and economic inclusion.
- Housing provides social benefits by contributing to community- and nation-building.
Keynote speech starts at 8:10.
