More than 20 Chinese and African enterprises signed eight economic cooperation projects with a total investment of 341 million US dollars, according to a statement at the closing ceremony of the Fourth Conference of Chinese and African entrepreneurs on Thursday. A declaration on corporate social responsibility was also announced at the closing ceremony, which was jointly signed by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the China-Africa Development Fund and China Development Bank. The declaration aims at promoting cooperation between the two sides, boosting mutual communication and understanding, and strengthening scientific and technological cooperation between enterprises from both sides.
